Job description:
1. To ensure the hiring process in Asst Mgt China is in compliance with LR group HR Policies and Procedures.
2. To work closely with line managers in Asst Mgt China to fill the vacancies budgeted
3. To set up orientation training plan for new starters in Asst Mgt China as well as in other countries and keep the track of the process to meet the requirement in accordance with GMS
4. To evaluate and educate the search agents to meet Asst Mgt’s business needs
5. To liaise with HR or Asst Mgt business manager in other countries to solve the problem in recruitment
6. To work with current PRC country based HR team to settle any ad hoc HR issues in Asst Mgt

Requirement:
1. Degree majored in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. At least 5 years working experiences in HR functions
3. Solid knowledge of the whole hiring process and orientation training for new starters
4. Strong communication skills /Good command of both written and oral English
5. Some HR experience outside China is preferred
6. Good potential to develop quickly / can work under pressure
