I am in Australia, my situation is similar with you but even worse, this is just the first year of my bachelor, by the way I am doing the bachelor of marketing which need high level of English, lots of theories I can understand quite clearly, but I can't express exactly, this problem bother me all the time!!
For my future I know the path won't be easy, but I still think that I can have a bright future if I can hold a correct attitude!
some companies doesn't just focus on the work experiences, some times they more focus on your potenial, your ability.. no experiences? no worry! after 3 years working, you will gain 3 years experiences if you are willing to learn. The P&G China each year employ the graduate trainee, the four accounting companies....
I know it is very very very hard for us to undertake a job which salary is only 30-40k RMB per annual, because we have paid much money on it, it seem like that the Payback period is qiute long^o^ but you have to face the music! Remember investing the education is a long term investment.
we can't just complain, only ourselves can get us OUT OF THE CORNER, have a good attituade to learn, to work, and working hard, once the chance is coming, we will succeed ^^
we can learn a lot from the Haiguinet.com, because people here have are very experienced!
EG: there is a article before called :how to prepare a business plan, it is a big stuff for me , you understand lots of things about the business plan, at least you know the format...
