Job Description:
Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities. Supports end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation, may include supporting 3rd party products. This is a post-sales remote support position. Works with limited guidance on cases within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
Qualifications:
Professional certifications are desired, like MCSE, CCNA, Avaya Certification. Typically requires 3 - 6 years experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Communication or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Fluent English & Japanese is must.
Location: Dalian

Position 2: Tech Support

Job Description:
Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of software, systems, sub-systems, applications and/or hardware issues from Avaya products for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities. Supports complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades,
hardware/application debug and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include supporting 3rd party products. This is a post-sales remote support position for both hardware & software complex configurations. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
English is required. Additional languages can credit to their position (Japanese, Korean or Cantonese) and certified accredidations are an added value.

1. Solid technical background; SW programming/application experience desired; professional certifications are desired, MCSE, Linux, CCNP, CCNE, and Avaya Product Support Certification may take good credit.
2. Typically requires 5+ years’ hands on communication and network, voicing related technical experience.
Telecom specialization preferred.

Position 3: Technical Support Manager
Job Description:
Typically provides direct supervision for Remote Support Engineers responsible for providing post sales technical support to both field support personnel and customers in a specified area. Monitors operations and technical support to both field support personnel and customers in a specified area. Monitors operations and provides direction and training as required; may perform ongoing technical tasks associated with the organizational unit. Responsible for all personnel actions such as hiring, salary and performance reviews, corrective actions, etc. May have responsibility for revenue generation through sales of software/support services, consulting and/or add-on applications. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Experience with Avaya Products is preferred.

Qualifications:
Fluent English. Additional languages are an added value. Typically requires 8+ years of related operating management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2, Tech: solid technical knowledge(better have Avaya applications-CC&UC background)
3, 6+ yrs technical management experience in IT fields.
