Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives implementation and monitors License Compliance campaign strategies to meet target and revenue goals.
- Collaborates on best practices and drives License Compliance strategies with other geographies, recognize cultural sensitivity and adjust programs to local culture.
- Ensures cross-functional approach in the reconciliation of License compliance programs.
- May make presentations to existing and prospective customers about the benefits of *** software.
- Attend trade shows and sales events and where appropriate deliver enterprise compliance message and training to sales teams.
- Strategically monitor and review long term goals of the program and ensure campaigns are executed within budget and that License Compliance revenue targets are met.
- Ensure that all investments are made in a consistent and logical manner with best return on investment.
- Track metrics and ensure balance of sales end enforcement activity is maintained.
- Manages and directs a team, ensuring team efficiency and strategic and revenue goals are met.
- May manage a remote and multi-functional matrix organization.
- Responsible for hiring, performance management and skill development of staff.
Education: BA/BS. Law degree is preferable
Experience: 8+ yrs Sales/License Compliance related experience
