客户经理
工作职责：
1. 充分了解公司现有ITO、BPO项目内容(包括客户信息、项目需求、系统架构、环境、服务流程等)，负责与国外客户进行沟通，了解并文档化客户需求，并协调公司资源，确保为客户提供及时、高质量的服务；
2. 维护现有的客户关系，并积极拓展公司在国外的ITO，BPO业务；
3. 管理项目内的商务分析师成员，提高团队与国外客户的沟通能力和文档化能力。
职位要求：
1. 高度的责任心和工作主动性，良好的服务意识；
2. 善于处理多文化背景团队所面临的各种问题，优秀的沟通、协调能力；
3. 优秀的中文、英语听说读写能力，有在国外多年生活、工作经验者优先考虑；
4. 出色的分析和解决问题的能力；
5. 两年以上IT相关工作经验，有ITO、BPO相关客户管理经验者优先考虑；
6. 有计算机软件本科以上学位者优先考虑。
Account Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Fully understand the content of ITO and BPO projects (including customer information, project requirements, system architecture, environment and service process, etc.) which are being held in our company; be responsible for the communication with abroad customers; understand customer requirements and be able to document them; have the capability of coordinating the company resources to ensure that customers can be provided high-quality services without delay;
2. Maintain the current customer relationship, as well as actively promote our abroad ITO and BPO business;
3. Manage the Business Analysts in the project; increase the team members’ competence of communicating with abroad customers and their documentation ability.
Requirements:
1. Have high responsibility and working initiative, as well as strong service consciousness;
2. Be skilled at dealing with all kinds of troubles faced by a team with multi-culture background; also have good communication and coordination capability;
3. Have excellent integrated capabilities (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for Chinese and English; the experience that lived and worked abroad for several years is a plus;
4. Have outstanding competence for analyzing and solving problems;
5. Have over-two-year relevant working experience in IT; those who have the related customer management experience of ITO and BPO shall be considered preferentially;
6. Those who gained bachelor degree or above in Computer Software have the priority to be considered.
