Responsibility:
1.Provide the inputs on the local consumer insights; assist the Brand Leader define / refine and validate the market positioning, competition through the interpretation of external research and consumer search initiated in the region
2.Give the inputs and support Brand Leader to compile the SBP and AOP. In particular, the promotion and communication strategies addressing the point of difference and the characteristic of the DDGs (market segments)
3.Tactical planning, execution and evaluation of PR / promotional events to project a holistic and consistent consumer communication which is within the framework of the BVP and adapt to the local taste and support the release plan
4.Keep abreast of the competitive landscape on promotion, PR and media so that the company can assess correctly the competition and achieve the planned share of voice
5.Partner with the sales and retail team to ensure the consumer messaging is consistent at the retail level
6.Provide reports, briefing and evaluation on the updated marketing activities in the region.
7.Manage the marketing projects and the overall budget assigned to the region
8.Manage the marketing team

候选人要求比较全面，形象气质要比较好，最好是外资企业或者港资企业的工作背景。
1、要有很宏观的推广策略和市场战略观点如能够做好几年内的品牌规划和策略，
2、也要有零售终端的经验，需要直接指导到各个店面的营销工作。
3、不能只针对一个品牌的营销经验，要有系列品牌的运营经验
4、执行能力要很强，但是也要有自己的想法
5、公司目前有比较好的vip客户的CRM资源，希望能很好的利用这些资源做好深入的市场工作。
