o 5+ years of functional consulting experience with PeopleSoft version 8.9 in Core HR, Benefits, Absence Vacation Tracking & Self Service Modules
o Experience handling Requirement Gathering, configuration, conducting work shops, Data Migration & Testing
o Ability to liaison with multiple teams across the globe
o Local country PeopleSoft experience is a plus
