职位要求
某全球领先的工程和GIS(地理空间)软件供应商,总部位于美国。
The focus is for GIS enterprise solutions and services selling focused on Government & Transportation markets.
Responsible for:
1. Selling full range of Solution and Services which meet customers’ needs.
2. Responsible for achieving assigned sales budgets for allocated territory or accounts, and achieve targets in designated product catagories.
3. Account Management during pre and post sales to ensure customers satisfaction and on going customers engagement.
4. Articulate and formulate solution’s business benefits, value propositions and relevance to customers’ business operations, challenges and business drivers.
5. Internal driver and team lead of virtual sales team by liaising across subsidiary’s Presales and Postsales and Delivery resources, and / or across other subsidiaries or other worldwide organizations.
6. Collect and advice up-to-date intelligence of customers’ sales cycle information by providing timely updates through sales reports, company’s designated CRM application and other Forecasting tools.
7. Manage all professional sales documentation (including Quotations, Proposal and Tender response) to meet customers’ needs during Presales stage.

Main Activities:
1. Deliver committed sales target by product and clients assigned.
2. Advice management of market strategies applicable to designated markets.
3. Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
4. Keep abreast of market trends through personal visitation with existing clients or potential customers through cold calls. Use market expertise, product strengths, and consultative sales skills to earn opportunity. Become identified as the industry expert among existing client ba<x>se.
5. Maintain a close relationship with key accounts, ensure their requirements are being met where possible and explanation offered where difficulties arise.
6. Understanding the client’s ob<x>jectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and forming long term business partnerships in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote the organization as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving “preferred supplier” status.
7. Appraise customer needs advising on suitable applications of company products or services and arranging and conducting solution demonstrations
8. Identify customer acceptable solutions ba<x>sed upon product portfolio as well as third party products. Recommend variations in product, formulate or package design, and participate in regular team meetings to communicate field intelligence.
9. Contributing to the setting of selling strategies
10. Provide regular update on plan of customer calls, and product requirements, and regular progress reports on performance
11. Prepare proposals and contract documents following detailed costing of proposals in draft form for review by management prior to submission for negotiation with clients.
12. Negotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contacts with key customers and identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement.
13. Monitoring Competitor’s sales and product strategies, campaigns and events to optimize market share
14. Develop and execute business plan that maximizes new business production.
Key Skills:
1. Proven Sales record achievement
2. A track record of leading the sales cycle and closure of sizeable IT project deals (Over US 300,000), preferably with a combination of software, hardware and services components.
3. Proven ability including outstanding account management skills, persuasive ability, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
4. Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels, and be able to translate client needs into a complete solution
5. Analytical interpretation, and advanced problem solving skills
6. Good presentation capability
7. Strong result orientation and sense of accountability
8. Customer centricity and solution selling capability
9. Agility and creativity
10. Entrepreneurial flare, agility and strong business sense
11. Verbal and Written English maintained at a business standard
