1) Report directly to China CFO

2) Manage all AR and AP transactions of China

3) Responsible for SOX of AR, AP, Treasury, cash management processes of China

4) Responsible for all treasury and cash management issues of China

5) Coordinate all taxation / insurance issues with plant finance managers

6) Work closely with plant finance managers to provide accounting services to all plants

7) Work closely with IT application ream to optimize processes
