Role Summary/Purpose:
Reporting to Marketing Leader, to provide market intelligence and drive strategic implications of new product programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop strategy, conduct analysis and communication of Market opportunities and Customer/Asset Segments with Profit Pools to determine design of new products
Provide competitor intelligence in tracking new product offerings and changes in existing competitive positioning
Responsible for identification, analysis and development of new product programs
Ensure discipline in NPI process and adherence to CECOR process
Ability to engage senior management and cross functional teams to bring new products to launch
Analyze and recommend changes in current product offering both (product design and customer/ asset segments) to improve Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and profitability of the company
