职位描述：

JOB PURPOSE:

To lead local marketing team to execute market plan

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:

(Sales, budget, headcount…)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- To establish long-term product portofio which is suitable for the area

- Have profound understanding on the market, can also provide related strategy

- Responsible for identifying potential marketing services and develops promotional campaigns

- Applies and assist in the development of company marketing strategy

- To fullfill the implelementaion and execution of company promotion strategy

- To develop and manage local marketing team

- To establish monitoring system and efficient team in the area

- Communicates new strategies to the marketing and sales force

- Directs the activities of the area

- Smooth communication with HQ

任职资格：

Education:

At least bachelor degree holder or above

Experience & knowledge:

1-2 years of sales management experience

2-3 years of local marketing experience

1-2 years of being medical representative
