Position: Finance Controller
Company: A Famous Fashion Company
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the company top management. Provide value added analysis, financial counsel and make appropriate recommendations to support the company’s strategic direction and operational decision making process.
- To safeguard the company assets and ensure integrity of the financial processes and reporting by implementing appropriate internal controls within the organization.
- In charge of financial operation of whole shops including budgeting, planning and daily finance
- Responsible for training and building up a talented financial organization
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of the accounting records and safeguard the Company from fraud and loss;
- Contribute to the positive image of the Company.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Accounting/Finance;
- Sound financial knowledge and understanding of local regulations;
- More than 4 - 5 years working experience in financial management in retail industry。Qualified CPA will be preferred;
- Must be familiar with shops’ budgeting and planning;
- Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure independently.
- Good team player with positive working attitude;
- Good communication / interpersonal skills and language fluency in both English and Mandarin
