HR manager (Prefer male)
Position Summary:
1.The purpose of the position is to manage HR team
2.The functions of the positions include Direct Labor recruitment,
Direct Labor orientation, people retention, compensation and benefit, HRIS,employee relation, labor law compliance, and separation process.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Train and coach subordinators to do their jobs correctly and
effectively
2.Build a strong HR team
3.Work out Direct Labor recruitment strategy per business need
4.Work out and implement compensation and benefit policy, and maintain a good HRIS system
5.Work out career development & retention plan for key people
6.Take up projects as HR representative, like JESC, JETC, GK, etc
7.Build harmony communication environment, handle various employee
relation, discipline action
8.Handle separation process in terms of various situations: like
resignation, termination, dismissal
9.Build a full set of HR policies and procedures, and deep it latest
updated
10.Local labor requirements compliance, keep an eye on this if any
change
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or above degree, major in HRM, MBA or related
2.Over 10 years HRM experience in manufacturing environment
3.Familiar with each module of Human Resources Management, and have a
Good insight on it.
4.Firmly and determinate to implement HR policies
5.Responsible, self-motivated
6.Integrity, honest, with good interpersonal and communication skills
7.Good English skills both in written and oral
