Plant HR Manager
Job Description:
• Plan, organize, implement the Human Resources practices in the plant, in compliance to company values; Ensure that people are managed in consistency with the company policies & procedures.
• Implement recruitment and induction procedures, Effective Recruiting to build pipeline and support company growth.
• Implement and control training programs to adapt the competencies to its needs.
• HR Reporting: Maintain all personnel files and records and update and all HR report.
• Develop and update job descriptions as necessary.
• C&B administration: work with China HR team on implementation of C&B policies in the plant, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness. Overseeing the data requirements for timely execution of payroll processing and related transactions
• Implement performance management and annual performance review processes in the plant, especially the largest group of direct labors; Work with managers to ensure proactive management of all performance issues; Monitor performance of under-performing staff, provide advice and follow up as required.
• Create, sustain and develop a partnership with Union and Workforce; Establish rapport, interact regularly with employees in order to develop a positive work environment.
• Liaise with local government for HR related matters.
• Legal Compliance: Provide legal suggestion on labor related issues, to ensure fully compliance to local labor law.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, with 8-10 years HR experience in manufactories with MNC is preferred.
-Well familiar with China labor law and related HR regulations
-Experience to deal with government labor dept, tax or other regulatory bodies.
-Good communication skills both in written and verbal English
-Mature, independent and a team player.
