PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Leadership & Organization Development
1. Assess organization development needs based on business growth strategy, including culture transformation, capability development, strategy deployment and change management.
2. Strategic workforce planning and identify interventions needed in order to support business growth
3. Design and drive capability building in commercial and upstream marketing areas
4. Design and organize CLG, the leadership conference with around 70-100 attendees and ensure smooth delivery.
2) Talent Management
1. Design and drive management pipeline and capability accelerator actions for China talent
2. Deploy global talent management process, including talent identification, talent development progress, succession planning and talent career moves etc.
3. Manage High Potential quality and drive to achieve High Potential dashboard targets
4. Facilitate cross sector management development platform and internal moves with results
5. Design, facilitate and/or support talent development programs, including Inspire, Talent Event, HPDC, coaching/mentoring etc.
6. Coach HP in career planning and facilitate career moves
3) Management Trainee Program
Manage the whole program as a Program Manager, key responsibilities include:
1. understand management trainees’ motivation and provide development support, facilitate career development/ job rotations, career coaching as well as design graduation projects and coordinate short-term overseas assignment
2. Design and deliver training for the half-year gathering for each group of intakes
3. Follow up program effectiveness and adjust for better results whenever possible
4) Employee Engagement
1. Facilitate annual employee engagement survey, define improvement actions and follow through improvement targets.
5、MAJOR CHALLENGES
- Drive talent management agenda in support of business growth and influence for results out of the matrix organization without position power.
- Leverage resources and get things done through HR network
6、JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Education: Bachelor or Master Degree
b) Experience: 10 years of working experiences with at least 5 years in learning and development, talent management or organization development areas in MNCs
c) Travel Frequency: none
d) Competency and Skills:
1) Excellent writing and oral English, able to present effectively in English
2) Effective facilitation and consulting skills, conceptual design skills and coaching skills
3) Able to deliver training and facilitating with confidence and sensitivity
4) Strong at planning and organizing, following things through to completion
5) Proactive, action-oriented and result-driven
