Presale Director, BSS Professional Services
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Account team and assist stakeholders to develop the Professional Service business to meet the business goal.
2. Responsible for interfacing with stakeholders to define Go-to-market model and strategy to win the opportunity. Candidate shall have ability to communicate with CxO level.
3. Develop the Professional Service sales approach and tools, such as MS business process, telecom operator OPEX analysis methodology, business case, due diligence tool, and risk control tool etc.
4. Responsible for designing and developing professional services profit mode and pricing model.
5. Lead an end to end professional service sales project to identify opportunity, perform feasibility study, define the win strategy and client solution, develop proposal and due diligence, contract negotiation, till contract closure and transition.
Requirement for candidates:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years’ work experience in Telecommunications industry
3. Candidate from top international Managed Service provider preferred
4. Project bidding knowledge and experience, commercial and legal knowledge. Be able to understand and analyze customer’s requirements and submit high-quality service solution.
5. Familiar with IN/VAS or BSS/IT, operations organization structure, processes, O&M and other management works of Telecom Operators.
6. Possess good communication and presentation and negotiation skills and excellent ability to communicate with CxO.
7. Be able to work as a team member and have good coordination and organizing skills.
8. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
9. Willing to be ba<x>sed in Shenzhen, China and travel overseas for business support when required
