Key Responsibilities
§ Communicate and evangelize the group’s product strategy to key stakeholders. Breakdown complicated ideas into simple principles. Tie technology to user needs and workflow. Have executive level poise and can hold ground and influence others.
§ Use data and broad business knowledge to help lead engineering teams. Understand basic economic principles and use these insights to determine what is important.
§ Collaborate with multi-functional/multi-regional teams to elicit, understand, rationalize and prioritize requests for new functionality.
§ Explore new business and product opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
§ Experience of generating product concepts that add significant improvements to existing products
§ Proven ability to work with cross-functional groups and drive decision making
§ Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport
§ Great ability in identifying and seizing key business opportunities and turning such opportunities into reality
§ 8+ years experience in building global products
§ 5+ years product management experiences in search or online advertising
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Preferred Job Qualifications
§ MBA or MS in Computer Science or related field
§ Experiences of living and working in the US, and working experience in an international corporation
