Being responsible for fermentation products and deliver products in right quality/quantity by optimizing process and equipment parameter and by cooperating with other supply chain functions.
Initiate energy saving activities in fermentation plant and coordinate energy saving activities as site representative.
Can drive investment project and equipment upgrade products independently.
Identify process/equipment constrains and come up with technical solution and implement based on deep understanding of equipment and process you work with.
Follow up on production and trouble shooting when needed.
Act as consultant to other colleagues
You will report to Manager SE Engineer and Scheduling Department.
Qualifications
Master degree in fermentation, bioengineering, biotechnology, or other related science.
Candidate with fermentation or biotechnology production experience is preferred. Graduate without experience is also considered.
Be good at English in oral, listening and writing skill.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
