Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility:
·Ensure the China Growth Plan Strategies are properlycarried out.
·Manage product mix as prescribed in the strategy.
·Responsible for the implementation of "Product & Price" positioning policy of CTV China.
·Monitor, Analysis and Feedback the market needs and competition movements.
·Provide Product Benchmark and Price tracking to ensure Pricing Policy.
·Preparation of annual Budget.
·Preparation of Rolling Rorecast and follow up by monthly PSI.
·Co-ordinate PSI to ensure Sales, Inventory and Product are accorking to the CTV business objectives.
·Responsible for the preparation of Product Range Definition (Structure, Feature and Positioning) as input to the Product Creation Process.
·Prodct Launches Preparation and Implementation.
·Support Salles management on Trading Marketing and Sales Policy.
·Synergy tactics with Sales.
·Work with Marketing Communication team to organise TV marketing campaign and achieve growing Goals.
·Manage, and coach TV product marketing team.
·Product Range Profile Package for the Sales Team.
·Preparation of Advertising Campaign and Preparation of Advertising Product Brief.
·Documentation and ensure process and procedures withi Marketing are practical and operational.
·Enforcement of the procedure and Process, check, correct and document.
Essential/Job Requirements:
·University degree in business/marketing management. MBA preferred
·around 10 years business experience, with product market introduction, in consumer electronics industry.
·Strong leadership competency, Marketing & Sales competency. Has growth potential to manage a business as a general manager
