Common Experience and skill requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above, experienced in new product development or hearing aids development is preferred
- Willing to learn continuously and learn fast.
- Open mind with innovation intents, like to share knowledge with team members
- Solid analytical, facilitation, and evaluation skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate with all levels;
- Good presentation skills, able to sale and exchange concepts with others
- Planning and organizing work, set up a series of action for self and others to achieve goals; organize and divide tasks and time efficiently
- Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish team goals.
- Good in English listening, speaking, reading and written,
- Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point etc
- At least 3 years work experience in international company
Specific requirements:
- New product development project experience is basic,
- Good knowledge about product development life cycle.
- 3 years project management experience
Job responsibilities:
- Lead Team and make sure PLC process is used through-out product development.
- Organize, coordinate related people to achieve all project deliverables.
- Create Project Schedule to be used as part of justification for project in the Business Plan.
- Follow up other Responsible Functions to be sure they are completing their tasks in time.
- Lead a Risk Analysis of the product and document the results.
- Work with manufacturing department/NPI to secure loan labor for large builds.
- Review Alpha Clinical protocol.
- Conduct design review after prototype build, Pre-Production Design Review in Pre-Production phase.
- Publish design review minutes and documentation.
- Develop a corrective action plan from the clinical field test results.
- Acquire Biocompatibility reports for all new components.
- Hold Phase Exit Review.
- Handle all relating issues about the project.
