Base Location: Xiamen of Fujian, China
Common Experience and skill requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above, experienced in new product development or hearing aids development is preferred
- Willing to learn continuously and learn fast.
- Open mind with innovation intents, like to share knowledge with team members
- Solid analytical, facilitation, and evaluation skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate with all levels;
- Good presentation skills, able to sale and exchange concepts with others
- Planning and organizing work, set up a series of action for self and others to achieve goals; organize and divide tasks and time efficiently
- Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish team goals.
- Good in English listening, speaking, reading and written,
- Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point etc
- At least 3 years work experience in international company
Specific requirements:
- At least three years experiments in electronic design.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, Protel or other electronic design software
- Be proficient in programming in LabView, and visual Basic
- Knowing microphone, receiver, transducer or other electronic acoustics components would be great.
Job responsibilities:
- Hearing aids design, components selection, performance test and trial production run, meantime implement technical competence
- Provide and share expertise and specialist knowledge of best practice in dedicated area.
- Liaison with HQ technical Dept. and execute project plan to ensure that all deliverables are met timely and qualified.
- Organizes, coordinate related people to achieve all project deliverables.
- Understanding new product introduction process and product development life cycle.
