Once one of my coworker from Ireland who looks like the extra fat version of film star of "Alexander (by Oliver Stone)" mentioned that he thinks the reason "white" (Caucasian) countries are more developed is because they are at the right place at the right time. "Don't you think the hotter the place, the hotter the head?" That is some what what he said.
