GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provide guidance and training to other ERC call center representatives. Handle more complex/escalated issues related to support of Human Resource applications, processes, policies and administration. Work on problems requiring more thorough research of identifiable factors. Schedule queue coverage, training and work distribution for team. Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide comprehensive documentation of issues and resolutions using appropriate information systems.
2. Determine best method(s) to resolve issues ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and practices through use of multiple reference sources, judgment and initiative.
3. Represent call center and work cross-functionally with other departments (as required) to coordinate resolution.
4. Provide training to new call center reps.
5. Maintain awareness of programs, methods and techniques needed to facilitate on-going administration of HR and ensure timely communication to team members.
6. Analyze performance data for trends and identify areas to improve efficiency.
7. Assist in monitoring day-to-day team performance and workflow
8. Work on projects to continually improve various business processes underpinning HR Systems – e.g. New Hire process, Termination process, Recruitment Process
9. Undertake other special projects or assignments as required.

• Knowledge of following software preferred: Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Education/Experience:
Prefer BS/BA degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, related training and experience.
