in our lives, as i see, no matter how is it termed and how it turned out eventually, we may not really need to hate anyone
but love and be loved are part of great qualities of one's life.

you love and you give not totake. this can be broadly defined
and canbe narrowed down to your own family members and friends. as for be loved, better do nto set your expectations too high as you may disappoint yourself

if we give without thinking of take in return, giving by itself is
enjoyable simply becuase you are able to give

that is part of the process to enjoy, and you give as much as you are capable and as long as you are still around to give, regardless how long your passing through this world in a form of life will turn out to be...

but you are right, it is an important part.

in the meantime, i thought it is easier to love others then to love yourself to the point you do not care much about how long you stick around. when your affection for others grow to become the only reason that you do not think you are ready to depart from this world, that is a painful part of the process.
(for instance your children depends upon your supports and your love, what happens if...) that is tough...
